FAJEESH PALLIPAT - (Founder / Director / DOP)
The visionary founder and creative force behind Maximus Studios. His journey in visual storytelling began over a decade and a half ago, rooted in a deep-seated passion for crafting compelling narratives.
A postgraduate in Mass Communication, Fajeesh started his career working on international productions like BBC World's "Indian School" and AXN's "Amazing Race.". This early experience provided a strong foundation in production and direction, which he further honed at leading Indian production houses. There, he directed and contributed to a diverse array of landmark shows, including "Indian Idol," "India's Got Talent," "X-Factor India", "IIFA Awards" and "I Am Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! - India," establishing his reputation as a skilled Director and Director of Photography.
Driven by a desire to helm projects from conception to completion, Fajeesh transitioned into producing and directing full-scale productions. His portfolio grew to include prestigious events like the "Miss Diva 2016" and "Miss India, 2016 and 2017" as well as music videos and commercial films for major brands.
In 2019, he channeled this extensive experience into founding Maximus Studios. Named after his beloved pet dog, Max, the studio embodies his commitment to quality, loyalty, and creative excellence. Under his leadership, Maximus Studios develops and produces high-caliber content for film, television, digital platforms, working with clients such as Flipkart, Adidas, Hungama Music, and Yash Raj Films.
Fajeesh's approach is defined by a collaborative spirit and a steadfast belief in creating content that is both impactful and positive. He continues to guide Maximus Studios with a clear vision: to tell great stories with integrity and technical finesse.
KIMBERLY FUEY FUEY CHANG - (Executive Producer)
Since arriving in Mumbai in 2020, Kimberly Fuey Chang has crafted a dynamic career across multiple facets of the entertainment industry. Beginning as a skilled makeup and prosthetics artist, she simultaneously found success as a model for various TV and digital campaigns. Her on-set experience and keen eye for detail naturally led her to production, where she has proven to be an indispensable force. Today, as the Executive Producer of Maximus Studios, she combines her creative expertise with sharp operational acumen, making her contributions vital to every project we undertake.
GAYATHRI NT - (Executive Producer / Marketing Head)
Digital marketing expert and entrepreneur who brings her strategic vision for branding and audience engagement to her role as Executive Producer. Her expertise in content creation and social media strategy, developed by working with fashion and lifestyle brands, provides a critical lens for developing impactful content. Her strong business acumen and operational skills are invaluable assets to our productions.
